The source code of FSSIM-Agricultural Management and FSSIM-Mathematical Programming has been placed on the open source code repository of the SEAMLESS association. These are the first models, whose source code has been released, and more will follow in the coming weeks. FSSIM-AM is a java project and can be found on http://dev.seamless-if.org/svn/seamless-oss/trunk/models/FSSIM-AM/, while FSSIM-MP is a GAMS project and can be found on http://dev.seamless-if.org/svn/seamless-oss/trunk/models/FSSIM-MP/. For more information, see the readme-files supplied in each of the projects. Relevant licences of source code and compiled code have been included.

For easy download, you can use a subversion client. Subversion is a source code repository, on which source code can easily be updated by developers. After downloading a subversion client (for example tortoiseSVN (download here)), you can link the subversion client to the source code repository, and download all source code to a folder on your local file system. For a how-to, see the manual of your subversion client.

FSSIM is a bio-economic model, developed within the SEAMLESS-IP, to assess at the farm level the impact of agricultural and environmental policies on performance of farms and on sustainable development indicators. It consists of a data module for agricultural management (FSSIM-AM) and a mathematical programming model (FSSIM-MP).
